Comments: Dr. Miller and his staff are knowledgeable, caring, professional and patient-focused. Dr. Miller was warm and reassuring from the first minute -I found him and his team receptive to my questions. I appreciate that he listened to my concerns, esp. how I needed to be able to use my hand while it healed (I type a lot at work and a treatment plan that resulted in the loss of hand usage would have significantly made life harder for several weeks). He established a follow-up schedule to check on my healing to ensure that things were progressing as needed, but as soon as I was ready, he affirmatively determined that I did not require more follow-up appointments for no incremental benefit (and time/charge). I appreciate both the top-notch, caring medical care and the sensitivity to people’s actual lives, time and finances. I would recommend him to anyone.
